Membership and Dues
The Mobile-Baldwin Continuum of Care for the Homeless (CoC) is managed by Housing First, Inc. as the lead organization. CoC membership is determined by registration and annual dues.
Agencies, churches and other organizations that consider themselves affiliates and participating organizations of the Mobile-Baldwin CoC are eligible for membership. Subsidiary units of an organization are also eligible if separate from the parent organization and there is a clear and obvious distinction based on revenues, staffing, site and service objectives.
Members shall have one (1) vote for the election of members to serve on the CoC Board of Directors at the Annual CoC Community Report Meeting.
The CoC board has set dues at $25.00 for the membership year October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021.
